Are you undecided as to what to do with your cold hard cash? Looking for an investment opportunity that will go up over the years and provide you with a future stable income that will always go up because of the demand for rental properties??
This large detached imposing Victorian home was converted years ago into four well-appointed, self-contained one bedroom apartments. It has been maintained fastidiously, with modern bathrooms and kitchens, meaning you won't need to replace these for a long time to come.
It's located right in the heart of Buckley, making it an ideal location, meaning it's never empty. Each apartment comes with a parking space, which is a rare thing to find in the centre of any town. With shops on your doorstop, so if you have tenants who can't drive, this is a perfect home for them.
If you look at the front of the building, there is an attached garage on the right hand side. The present owners were contemplating on opening this up into apartment B, thus turning it into a two bed apartment, which would obviously increase the revenue, but decided against it as they needed further storage for their own requirements.
To the other side of the building is an access door to the rear of the property, and here you find the rear garden area and a door to the separate laundry room.
The laundry room has four washer / driers, each can only be operated by the apartment number it belongs to. There is a worktop with storage cupboards above, again, each has its own lock for privacy and safety. To the rear of the room is a door that opens to all of the electrics and water supply.
Back through the rear garden, and this is shared space for all of the apartments, with a large gravel area, ample space for the tenants to put some garden furniture in, but also a handy place to dry clothes. At the end of the garden is a door that gives access to Apartment B.
** Please note, all the apartments are well cared for and maintained by the tenants and the owner of the building **
Upon opening the door, a hallway leads to all of the accommodation, with the bedroom located on the left hand side as you walk in.
You can easily accommodate a double bed in here, with room still for free standing wardrobes, chest of draws and bedside cabinets. A window lets plenty of light in and offers views over the rear garden.
Opposite the bedroom, we find the bathroom. With half tiled walls and floor for easy cleaning, the contemporary modern suite consists of a toilet, pedestal wash hand basin, a shower cubicle and electric power shower and folding glass panelled doors with a chrome heated towel rail. A frosted window helps keep the room light and stops any prying eyes.
At the end of the hallway we come to the main living / dining room / kitchen. This is a bright space thanks to the dual aspect windows. It's a large room and can easily accommodate a large sofa and a dining room table and chairs.
Where the kitchen sits, a small tiled area separates it from the living area. Here, you'll find a handy work surface with floor and wall mounted units, an integrated hob with stainless steel extractor over it and inset oven below. There's a fridge too, the kitchen area is compact but perfectly functional.
Moving back outside and through the rear garden, we'll head to the front door. Stepping inside we enter into the main entrance hallway with a door straight in front of us opening into a large store area and next to that the stairs rise to the first floor. The door to our left opens to Apartment A.
This is another large room thanks to the bay window. Ample space in here for a set of large sofas and still room for a dining table and chairs. At the far end of the room is the kitchen area.
Again, the kitchen work surface dominates one wall, with an integrated hob and stainless steel extractor over and oven below. There's a fridge and floor and wall mounted cupboards that will provide all the storage you'll need.
A door opens to the rear bedroom, with space for a double bed and free standing furniture, kept bright and airy thanks to the large window overlooking the communal garden area.
The bathroom is just off the bedroom and consists of all the usual suspects that you'd expect to find: a modern toilet, pedestal wash hand basin, shower cubicle and a chrome heated towel rail.
Moving up the stairs we come to a small landing with doors opening to the final two apartments.
As we enter into Apartment No. C, there is a long hallway, and immediately on our right is the toilet, which is handy having a separate toilet to the main bathroom.
Moving along to the next door, we come to the bedroom. This is capable of containing a large double bed and space for more freestanding furniture. A window allows ample light to flow in and helps keep it airy too.
Past the bedroom we come to the lounge / kitchen / diner. Much the same as the other rooms of this kind, apart from this has two windows. There's space for a large corner sofa as well as a table and chairs before we reach the kitchen section.
Separated from the main lounge area by way of a different floor, you have the work surface with integrated hob, stainless steel extractor above and oven below. Floor and wall mounted cupboards provide storage, with a fridge too. This space provides for all of your culinary requirements.
The last room in this apartment is the bathroom. A corner shower cubicle with electric power shower, a pedestal wash hand basin and a chrome heated towel rail. The window is frosted and provides plenty of light into this room and down the hallway.
Finally we come to Apartment D, where we step into the hallway and turning right, we enter into the main living area.
This is another large dual aspect space that plays the role of three rooms. The lounge / diner section can hold a corner sofa comfortably with space for a table and chairs with the kitchen area sectioned off via the floor.
You have the same set-up, as you do throughout these 4 apartments, with the work surface covering one wall, floor and wall mounted storage units and integrated hob with stainless steel extractor over it and oven below. There's also a fridge and sink unit that finishes it all off.
Moving down the hallway we come to the bedroom. There's room for a large double bed as well as accompanying freestanding furniture. A window that looks out over the side lets plenty of light in and helps keep it nice and fresh.
Lastly we come to the bathroom. Much the same as all the other bathrooms, it has been kitted out with a modern contemporary suite consisting of a pedestal wash hand basin, shower cubicle with electric power shower and the 'must have' toilet. A chrome towel rail helps to keep the room nice and toasty and the obligatory frosted window allows light in and prying eyes out!

There's a rear garden section so that the tenants can enjoy some outside space, and it comes with a parking space for each apartment.
