The dining room is of similar size, also has marble fireplace and open grate and tall window overlooking the Square. The sitting room/library has a wall of bookcases and further glazed fronted cupboards to either side of the formal fireplace. A short flight of stairs leads down to the garden level with a well fitted kitchen with AGA and door leading out to the east facing terrace. Further reception space is found on the lower ground floor, with flagstone floor hallway with rear entrance and shower room with wc and two good sized rooms, one providing music room/sitting room with large, perhaps original kitchen fireplace (sealed off) with a wine store and utility store. The other reception room provides a good party room or could be furnished as a home office. The bedrooms are found on the first floor, the principal bedroom having two windows overlooking the Square and an en suite shower room with walk-in shower, two wash hand basins, set into marble top with cupboards below and wc. There is a pretty guest bedroom with en suite shower, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
