Description

A rare opportunity to acquire this totally unique, 4 bed/ 3 bath family home on a quiet residential street which is being sold chain free. The house was completely re-designed and re-built in 2016/2017 by the current owners and the result is amazing. All of the finer details were carefully thought through and high quality finishing was used throughout.

On the ground floor, there is a huge, open-plan living/ kitchen area which leads out onto a private garden. On the first floor you’ll find three bedrooms (one with en-suite) and a family bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll find the main bedroom (with en-suite), a walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage and a private roof terrace with Vauxhall sky-line views.

Crimsworth Road is conveniently located off the Wandsworth Road, close to the open spaces of Larkhall and Battersea Park. The property is situated within the dynamic Nine Elms redevelopment area, which features the Nine Elms Tube station (Northern Line), offering a 15-minute journey to the City and the West End. Additionally, the nearby Vauxhall Tube (Victoria Line) and Overground Station (Network Rail) ensures you're well connected. Local bus services also ensure quick and easy access to the City, West End, and Clapham. Other local amenities include a nearby gym, Little Portugal with their lovely restaurants and food, a large Sainsbury's Supermarket and Battersea Power Station is within walking distance (15 minutes).

Some words from the owners:
What do you love most about your home?

We really love the house, the open ground floor provides a lot of space for us as a family to enjoy together. The street is extremely quiet and yet within minutes of Nine Elms, which offers great amenities and connectivity. The house was recently refurbished and to a very high spec, even with triple glazed windows and air conditioning which is extremely appreciated in the summer.

Why are you moving?
We are moving out of London.

What do you love about the area?
The area is great. We have loads of nice restaurants and parks within walking distance! A short walk to Nine Elms one way, or Battersea park and the power station the other, there are so many nice spaces to enjoy. On top of this we have brilliant transport links from Vauxhall and Nine Elms.
