Some years ago Newcomen Court Ltd residents purchased the freehold for the building.

A Management Company - Devon Block Management are employed to manage the entire building and Companies House accounts.

The new owners will have a share of Newcomen Court Ltd. 
A service charge currently of £150 per month is payable towards the maintenance of the building and buildings insurance. 
In total there are 5 Flats within Newcomen Court, some are permanent homes, the others second homes or holiday rental apartments. Long term rental was initially forbidden within the owners/management rules, however by request it may be possible to obtain permission for this to be altered.

Newcomen Court does not have a garden or parking facilities. However, there are two car parks in central Dartmouth and lots of short term on street parking too.

Dartmouth is well-connected with excellent road links and a nearby ferry service to Kingswear providing easy access to the national rail network.
