SELLER INSIGHT
I loved Abbey Gardens the minute I arrived -there's a real sense of elegance and security from the grand entrance alone. Inside the apartment, the open-plan living area really sold me, it's indulgently large, perfect for me to relax in, and ideal for entertaining too.
One of the standout features are the stunning surroundings, there are beautiful, green views from every window including over the tennis courts next door, it feels very tranquil here. The conversion of this building has been done thoughtfully and beautifully, and to a high standard to it feels stylish and homely.
It's bigger inside than I expected at first, which works really well when I have visitors, yet it's also very homely here and cosy in the winter.
The grounds are impeccably maintained-there's a dedicated team ensuring everything stays pristine, which is rare for a serviced building. Not a single blade of grass is out of place! Privacy is very important to me and I have that here, it's an incredibly peaceful place to live, with friendly neighbours who respect personal space.
Abbey Gardens is a quiet sanctuary, it truly feels like an escape from the hustle and bustle. I'm moving abroad now so I need to let this place go. I'll miss it though, it's been wonderful living here.
