Directions - Proceed out of Barnstaple on the A361 signposted to Landkey. Take the first right hand turn signed to Landkey and Swimbridge. Just after the pub you will come to a minor cross road, turn left signposted High Street and Watergate and Number 1 Chapel Court will be seen immediately ahead of you to the right.
