Why you'll like it:
The beautifully ornate facades of the Regency seafront townhouses have become as iconic in the city as The Pier and the Pavilion, and this attractive one-bedroom apartment resides on the lower ground floor of one, looking out to the sea in Kemp Town.
Although compact, the rooms are still a fine size, and well-maintained with a neutral and modern decor to suit all types of furnishing. Although open plan, the contemporary and newly fitted kitchen is recessed so it doesn?t impose on the space, yet remains sociable, and with chic white units topped with wood, and a blue glass splashback, the finish is polished. The electric oven and hob are integrated and there is space and plumbing for an under counter fridge and a washing machine.
While the beach is on your doorstep, it is also nice to have your own bit of outdoor space, and this flat can access a small patio from the living room. It is small but perfectly formed, and could be made very pretty with colourful pots and a table and chairs. Also newly fitted, and on trend, is the bathroom which has been fully tiled in sandy tones to complement the white bath suite, and being conveniently close to the double bedroom it feels like an en suite. The bedroom shares the same sunny orientation as the living room, and has a deep double wardrobe built in, just outside the door.
The vibrant and eclectic mix of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars of Kemp Town Village are just minutes away, as is the RSC Hospital, so this is the perfect apartment for those looking for the quintessential Brighton lifestyle.
