Changing rooms, shower and a WC are in the pool house where the rear section doubles up as a laundry and freezer area with the central heating boiler. Alongside, under the balcony, is a pet enclosure with a shower for hosing off after a beach walk.
Above the pool is the outdoor kitchen/BBQ area with a large square pergola for dining and a games area and second pergola. The gardens extend well to the rear and are especially private with a westerly aspect for the afternoon and evening sun.
A double length garage lies to the left of the site and houses the pool equipment. There are two driveway areas and parking for two or three cars.
