We purchased the property in 2018 as first time buyers.We were first drawn to the area mainly because of to location as it was convenient for both of our jobs (being so close to the M4)

When we first moved in we did not have much knowledge of the local area at all. However, over the 7 years of living here we can honestly say we will not be moving far away. You have all of the amenities you need on your door step such as shops, bakery, local parks, garden centres, local pubs and stunning walks but you still feel like you are a million miles away from a busy town.

Beatty rise itself has such a community feel and the only reason for not moving sooner is not wanting to loose our lovely neighbours! It really is a wonderful atmosphere. We have felt this even more now we are raising our son here.

Since 2018 we have invested so much time and love into the property and we really have turned the property a home. We are confident that our hard work will shine through

Without a doubt the new owner will be extremely happy here and will be made to feel welcome.

Tucked away in a great spot, this place has a driveway and an attached garage (super rare for this type of home), with handy rear access straight into the garden. Step through the front door and you're welcomed by a porch and a separate downstairs WC; all nicely closed off before you head into the living room. The lounge is at the front and features a seriously cool media wall, with stylish touches throughout.

At the back of the house, the kitchen/breakfast room spans the full width - it’s brand new and looks incredible. There's a fitted breakfast bar too, ideal for your morning coffee! Upstairs, you’ve got two good-sized bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom even has its own en suite with a window (not always a given!). There's also a separate family bathroom and honestly there’s nothing to do here. The finish is absolutely spectacular.

Outside, the garden is low maintenance but still really lovely, and the garage even comes with loft storage.
