Having totally renovated this great family home 20 years ago, we have loved living here in Holt which has so many amenities within walking distance including down the hill to the River Dee, cafes, pubs and restaurants. We feel the house has a great vibe to it and is cosy despite its size. The garden gets full sun from midday to sundown and has plenty of space for entertaining. The barn is ready to be made great, with new roof, windows and doors.
