Eversley has a charming village atmosphere, has a convenience store and a choice of pubs. It also has and the Eversley Sports Association that offers excellent opportunities for hockey, football and cricket, with two pitches and a dedicated indoor cricket facility.
The property lies between M3 and M4 and is about 40 miles to the west of central London. There is local shopping in Yateley village (about 4 miles away) with a Waitrose supermarket, fishmonger and butcher. More extensive shopping can be found in the surrounding towns of Wokingham, Camberley, Basingstoke and Reading.
Bramshill Forest is only a third of a mile away and offers miles of beautiful walking, cycling and riding opportunities. St Neots School, next door, offers tennis as well.
Denning is an easy commute to London either via The Elizabeth Line from Reading or to Waterloo from Fleet. It is also close to some excellent schooling including Wellington College, Eagle House, Yateley Manor, St Neots and Wellesley House.
