Very well situated in the centre of Manchester. Everything is within walking distance. Plenty of parking options although this could become a problem when more residences are constructed nearby. Parking also isn’t the safest.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not needed to have much interaction with the building management but when we have, they have always responded in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are a lot of influencers in the building who often film in the shared spaces, which can be quite off putting to use them.

Great location - maybe too great if you like to shop or eat out 🤣 10/15 min walk to Piccadilly gardens and train station so very accessible for transport links. We lived in the sticks in another country so weren't sure whether city living would be for us but we all love it!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As mentioned above, the maintenance team have always been great!

I can't really comment on this because there is nothing really that we weren't told or recommended before we moved in.

Perfect location in the centre of town. Never too busy around the area and all the transport links are close by.

Any maintenance issues have been fixed pretty much straight away

If your planning to use the facility’s, like the hosting rooms, make sure to book well in advance as they can be booked up quickly.

Really convenient location, within 7minute walk to Exchange Square tram stop and 10minute walk to Victoria Station. Building is located off a quiet street. There are multiple building works going on nearby but the noise has never been too bad facing the city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any problems we’ve raised have been dealt with promptly and the maintenance support team are really friendly and helpful
