Stairs from the hallway rise to the first floor landing where there are three further bedrooms, two to the front and one to the rear with a lovely outlook over the surrounding area. The entire plot measures almost one third of an acre with the lawned gardens extending to the rear and side of the house. Immediately off the rear of the house accessed from the sitting room and hallway is an expansive paved terrace across the width of the house providing plenty of space for garden furniture and alfresco dining or entertaining on sunnier days.
