Now, you might not need for bedrooms but then you could use three as bedrooms and one as an office, games/hobby/craft room? I don't see any others in this are and at this price.....so pick the phone up and call us, we have the perfect home for you.

Located on the popular and very sought after village of Whittingham, you have a local supermarket for all of your everyday needs, a post office, a couple of pharmacies, and a couple of great pubs, all pretty much on your door step. If it's schools you're after, you have some decent primary schools close by as well as a good secondary school.

Pulling up outside No.11 Tattersall Road, there's off road parking to the left hand side and plenty of greenery to the right. This home is the second house to the end of the road where the houses end and the trees and field begin.

An iron fence, with a thick low level shrub, borders the front of the home and separates the footpath. A tiled open shelter hangs over the entrance doorway to provide some protection from the elements, you know, when you're fumbling for your keys in the rain.

Stepping through the front door, which has a glass window inset to let some light flood in, we come to the bright entrance halllway. This is a great place to leave your shoes and coats before stepping into the lounge. There's also a staircase that rises in front of us to the first floor.

The lounge is a generous size, offering ample space for a couple of large sofas and other accompanying furniture. A generous window offers views over the front aspect and also helps to keep the room nice and light. A door at the far end opens into an internal lobby area.

To our right we open the door to the very handy downstairs cloakroom. Here we find all of the usual suspects, starting with the contemporary WC, and then the pedestal wash hand basin. A radiator keeps the towel, and you, nice and toasty. The floor is a Karndean effect tile and flows from here all the way throughout the kitchen, making this whole area easy to clean.

Opposite the cloakroom is another door that opens to reveal the generous understairs cupboard. This is a space that every home needs, offing a place for all the things we need, but hate to see every day......no that's not a place for the in-laws!!!

The kitchen / dining room is a generous space, oozing style and comfort, with the help of the stylish flooring and kitchen cupboards. Ample work-surfaces cover three walls and provide space for all of your 21st century gadgets that we've become so used to, and also a place for you to prepare your food. There is also an integrated fridge/freezer and oven with a gas hob that sits above, and then a rather fabulous stainless steel extractor hob, to keep condensation to a minimum. Let us not forget to mention the fantastic dishwasher that no home should be without.

At the other end of the kitchen is the dining area which is easily capable of seating a good few people and comfortably too. If you like entertaining and don't want to miss out on the action, this kitchen will allow you the pleasure of doing so.

A set of patio doors, with two glass panelled sections either side of them, keep this room bright, whilst offering a gateway to the rear garden. Large tiles form a stylish L-shape around the rather lovely grass area.....I spend a lot of time at a lot of houses, and I've got to say, I've not seen such nice coloured grass in a garden for a long time. A wooden border provides a section for a flower bed, while a modern grey panelled fence borders the complete garden, so pets and children can run wild in complete safety.

At the far end of the garden is a rather handy storage shed that comes complete with an electric roller shutter door. This stone building looks rather fetching, whilst also being rather practical. A door opens to the front driveway and garden.

Back inside and up the stairs, where we come to an array of doors opening to all of the bedrooms and family bathroom.

Two rooms are easily good doubles, the third could possibly squeeze a double in, while maybe then limiting your choice of free standing furniture to go with it. A three quarter size double would probably be more practical.

The fourth bedroom, as previously mentioned, doesn't have to be a bedroom, it can be a second lounge for the kids, or an office, playroom....or whatever you're short of! It's just nice to have that extra room that you don't usually get in a home 'like this'.

Lastly, we come to the family bathroom. Offering everything you'd expect to find, from a panelled bath with a hand held electric shower attachment over and glass screen protector, to the pedestal wash hand basin with vanity unit below. Let's not forget to mention the WC. A heated towel rail keeps your towels nice and warm too, while the part tilled walls make fro easy cleaning.

This home offers everything that a young start up family could possibly want, with that fourt bedroom giving you the one extra room that all the other houses of this type are crying out for.....and when you have kids, you'll understand just what this extra room means to you - so don't go for a similarly priced three bed, when you can get the deluxe four bed for the same money.....you know it makes sense!
