The property boasts four spacious double bedrooms, two of which benefit from en-suite shower rooms, alongside a large family bathroom and a convenient guest WC. In 2004, the home was thoughtfully extended to include a fully equipped kitchen and a double reception room, providing versatile spaces for both family living and entertaining. The expansive rear garden offers an idyllic setting for summer barbecues and gatherings, while the studio at the garden's end, equipped with electricity, provides an ideal home office or creative workspace.

Located on a quiet and highly sought-after no-through road, Mayton Street offers the perfect blend of peaceful living and vibrant city life. The Michael Sobell Centre and the bustling Holloway, Seven Sisters, and Hornsey Roads are just moments away.

The area is known for its strong community spirit, making it one of North London's most desirable neighborhoods. Some words from the owner:

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR HOME?
Growing up in this house was an absolute joy. The open-plan layout downstairs created an incredibly social and welcoming space, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. All the bedrooms are generously sized, and with plenty of bathrooms, there was never a scramble in the mornings! My favorite feature, however, has always been the garden. It's a fantastic space for hosting family barbecues or inviting friends over, which we did often.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE AREA?
The sense of community here is truly special. Mayton Street has such a warm and friendly vibe, and the annual street fête is always a highlight. The transport links are outstanding, making it easy to get around, and having a Morrisons just down the road has been incredibly convenient. Plus, there's a wonderful variety of places nearby to eat, grab a coffee, or simply enjoy the local atmosphere.
