Fonnereau Road lies on the northern side of Ipswich running alongside Christchurch Park with its 80 acres of rolling parkland, arboretum and tennis courts. Park House lies opposite Christchurch Mansion. It is also on the doorstep of the town centre which has an abundance of shopping facilities, restaurants and bars. Whilst further south, within an easy walk is the thriving Waterfront with a further range of restaurants and bars. For the commuter Ipswich Mainline Station is within easy reach, as are the A12/A14.
