Description
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
This lovely family home was constructed by Wain Homes and is particularly well positioned within a quiet tucked away cul de sac.
In terms of layout and space design, it really is one of the best houses you will find at this price point. The overall internal square footage is 1867 and this incorporates a double garage, five bedrooms, two en suites, a family bathroom, two separate reception rooms and a large open plan breakfast kitchen. Full details are set out in the floorplan.
It would suit growing families, professional couples or those looking to downsize from larger country residences who still want plenty of internal space and versatility.
The garden is a fair size and has potential to be made an even more enticing and colourful space. To the front there is driveway parking.
The popularity of the area is demonstrated by the lack of houses that have been resold since their original construction. With a strong community spirit, walking distance proximity of the Vale Royal Abbey Arms pub / restaurant and with Delamere Forest accessible on foot, it is easy to understand why.
For the more adventurous amongst you, Wild Shore Delamere is a recently constructed water-based adventure hub, offering a number of unique, dynamic and adrenaline-charged outdoor activities including a world first Aqua Chimp, Aqua Park, Wakeboarding, Stand Up Paddleboarding and Open Water Swimming. I particularly recommend the café, which I would venture to suggest is the best in the area! Whether you want to give
