Upper Swaledale is known for its’ traditional stone-built villages, wildflower meadows and dramatic moorland, and is characterised by the River Swale flowing through it, and is a popular destination for walkers, cyclists and visitors to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The sale provides a rare opportunity not only for those seeking to own a small piece of this heritage landscape, but also for buyers wanting to take advantage of the opportunity to convert the stone barn into a camping barn primarily for cyclists and walkers.
