The house is located at the Chignal Road end of Melbourne Avenue, within walking distance of the well thought of Lawford Mead primary School, as well as shops, takeaways and parks. Popular countryside walks or bike rides are within easy reach by heading out to the Chignals, Mashbury and Roxwell.
OVERVIEW OF ACCOMMODATION
