Description
Up on the first floor you will find the main bedroom at the rear of the house looking over the garden, a bank of wardrobes to one wall will ensure you won't be short on storage and the ensuite is also well fitted with a walk in shower. There is a further double bedroom to the front and two generous single bedrooms, two of the rooms have fitted wardrobes, and all share the family bathroom which is very modern and well fitted.
Outside in the rear garden there is a patio area leading to a lawn with shingle borders making it very easy to maintain, the garden is south/west facing so a bit of a sun trap! There are two timber cabins in the garden, one will be retained by the landlord for storage, the larger one is included and has power, light and heating with windows so should certainly make up for any loss of garage here.
The landlords are moving overseas with work from early August '25 for at least a year, but probably longer term, and would love another family to enjoy the home in their absence, sharers will not be considered. We regret that no pets, other than caged birds or fish, will be accepted here.
