Kitchen is furnished with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine.

The properties are approx. 2 miles distance to campus, and there is a bus stop very close to the house. Some of the previous students have cycled to campus and is less than a 10-minute cycle journey. There is also parking available and the journey to campus with your own transport is a few minutes.

There are plenty of local amenities such as eateries, takeaway restaurants, hairdresser, coffee and cake shop, pharmacy, and 2 supermarkets.

Bills

Only internet is included in rent. The rent does not include any bills, the bills are managed and paid by the tenants and are normally split equally between each sharer. The bills average out over the year to approx. £55 - £65 per month per person (based on four sharers), this is for Gas, Electric, and Water. Full time Students are exempt from paying council tax, feel that this is fairer and better option for the students as you only pay for what you consume.
