Description
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
Haughton, a picturesque village nestled in the tranquil countryside near Bunbury, Tarporley and Nantwich is home to this stunning and charismatic three-story barn conversion spanning approximately 1,627 square feet. This property offers adaptable living spaces distributed across its three levels, making it a truly flexible residence.
Oak Farm is a beautifully crafted barn conversion development where each barn has been designed in a different way giving a sense of continuity whilst allowing for individual properties to display their own attributes and character.
The barn's interior boasts an outstanding level of presentation, evident in the recent, impressive upgrades to its bathrooms and breakfast kitchen. The latter is situated at the front of the property and provides charming views of the fully landscaped courtyard. It offers ample space for a table and chairs, complemented by high-grade appliances and extensive storage solutions.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a delightful dining room features a striking fireplace, which then flows seamlessly into the main living room. The main living room is a truly remarkable space, characterized by its vaulted ceiling, an array of roof lights, and double doors that open directly onto the garden, creating an ideal setting for entertaining loved ones. The ground floor also includes a convenient cloakroom and a utility room, with direct garden access from the latter.
A truly distinctive feature of this property is the bespoke oak and glass staircase, installed by the current owners. This exquisite addition serves as a compelling visual centerpiece, showcasing superb craftsmanship. On the first floor, the principal bedroom is complemented by a recently refitted en-suite shower room, while another double bedroom shares a well-appointed family bathroom. Crowning the property is a generously sized double bedroom on the top floor, complete with built-in furniture and its own well-appointed shower room.
Externally, the property is equally impressive, benefiting from a double garage, designated parking areas, and an additional driveway parking space at the end of the garden. The beautifully landscaped gardens, thoughtfully divided into different sections, provide a harmonious backdrop to the living space.
Priced competitively, we strongly recommend a viewing.
