    Perfect city centre location. Very close to train stations, bars and restaurants. Perfect for walking the dog near to the waterfront.

    Very good. All issues that we have raised have been dealt with in a timely manner.

    I wish the apartment advert would’ve came with measurements.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Very good access to town and dock area, fantastic views from building. Issues are minimal but does suffer from anti social behaviour of people on the street and the street is often dirty with dog poo and rubbish etc

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We had a crack in our balcony door glass, maintenance were very fast to respond and change the door out with very minimal invasion

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Issues with the water heating being set to come on regularly which can cause a spike in bills. Was able to fix this by changing the settings to what works for us.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    There’s a lovely bar called Hemingway’s down the road, where the staff work with the property to put together events in the rec rooms in the building. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too, and a short walk to the city centre.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They’ve been very quick to respond to emails and always friendly to any questions or concerns.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I’d recommend asking for the trolley when moving in, it helps so much with carrying heavy items, and I wish I’d remembered to ask for it.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Building is a great location, with an easy walk into town and Moorfields train station within 5 minute walk. Private parking is available through the property and bins are collected regularly. Sometimes a little noise when going to sleep, but never beyond what you would expect living this close to the city centre. Pall Mall express is also on the doorstep for easy convenience of essentials, whilst Tesco is again a 5 minute walk.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes exceptional response, all staff both daytime and evening security have been super quick to resolve any issues we have had.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How to reset the boiler, upon moving in might have been handy a quick talk on how to do this.

    The location is really great as it's close to the city centre and all local amenities like Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Although the parking is difficult at this location rest all aspects are really good.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The management responded swiftly to our problems and resolved it with appropriate solution.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    If there was a Gym as well in this property this would have been perfect.
