There is a secondary school from which there is a bus to Burwash. A bus service runs through the village to Etchingham Railway Station and to Heathfield. Another railway station is at Stonegate and both are about a 10 minute drive. Access onto the A21 takes 10 minutes which then links to the M25 or is the coastal road to Hastings.

Directions: From the High Street, proceed east past the church and around the bend after where the entrance to Rectory Close will shortly be seen.
