We have called Bolton Drive our home since October 2019, and it has been a truly special place for our family.

In the warmer months, we have enjoyed hosting barbecues with friends in our garden, and during the winter we have gathered around the fire pit with our children, trying to catch shooting stars and enjoying the crisp night air. Shinfield Meadows offered everything we were looking for when we moved here: excellent local schools, convenient shops, welcoming pubs, and a genuine sense of community.

We have made lasting friendships here. Whether visiting the community centre cafe for a chat, taking our children to the local parks, or walking around Deardon Way, we have taken full advantage of everything the area offers. The gym at Ryeish Green has also been a great local facility for keeping active.

Our three bedroom home has been ideal for us. The master bedroom includes a spacious ensuite and a dressing area. We have made excellent use of the lobby area leading to the second floor, transforming it into a bright and practical study space. We also upgraded our garden by expanding the patio to better accommodate garden furniture and our barbecue, creating a wonderful space for entertaining.

The garage has been improved with new flooring, finished walls, and lighting. It has served not only as storage but also as a creative space for DIY projects and crafts. It also has Wifi too.

With both Co-op and Lidl just a short walk away, we have everything we need right on our doorstep. The community centre has also been a fantastic resource for birthday parties and our children’s clubs.

We have truly loved our time here and hope the next owners enjoy it as much as we have.

This is a beautifully presented modern townhouse that’s been so well looked after by the current owners, it really is one of the best finishes we’ve seen. Set over three floors, it’s got loads of space and some brilliant features. You come into a lovely wide entrance hall with a handy downstairs WC and storage under the stairs, ideal for shoes, coats, scooters, you name it. The kitchen sits at the front and is really well fitted, while the lounge/diner at the back opens straight onto the garden which is actually wider than most and also gives you rear access to the garage.

Up on the first floor, you’ll find two proper double bedrooms and a stylish family bathroom right in the middle. But what really makes these homes stand out is the top floor setup.

You’ve got your own private landing/lobby area (perfect for a little home office or reading corner), and then it opens up into a huge main suite. We’re talking dressing area, beautiful en suite, and tons of natural light, it’s such a special space and really gives this home the wow factor.

You’re well connected here, with main bus routes into both Reading and Wokingham, plus you're only a few minutes from Mereoak Park and Ride and Junction 11 of the M4 so absolutely ideal for commuters.
