Directions - Coming out of Frome on the A362 towards Radstock 0.7 miles from the town boundary turn left into Coal lane towards Great Elm.  Down the valley and up, pass Hapsford House on your left, past Hapsford Farm Cottage on your left there is a bus stop on the right. Our lane is on the left opposite.  It is 0.7 miles from the A362 junction.  Valley House is at the bottom of the lane on the right hand side. Parking for the property is on the right before the gate to the property, there is a turning space at the bottom of the lane.
