This room is filled with natural light and has a spacious layout that’s perfect for hosting gatherings. We have recently replaced the heating system and REFURBISHED the kitchen and no money was spared, benefits include built in appliances, quartz worktops and ample storage. Our breakfast bar is my go-to spot for morning coffee and read the paper, we have space for comfortably a six-eight seater dining table when we need more space. In the summer, the French doors open up to the garden, making it ideal for BBQs. Outside to the front and back was only landscaped a few years back, with sleepers, tiles and artificial grass, it's incredibly low maintenance. The entire downstairs in easy to keep clean and is ideal for anyone with allergies as there is no carpet. Off street parking outside is unbeatable, especially when unloading groceries or in bad weather."

With the house being over three floors all the bedrooms can fit a double bed within the rooms if needs be. An detached GARAGE is convenient for gardening bits and bobs, whilst also storing the kids bikes or golf clubs. Internally ample storage is provided with cupboards on each hallway/landings. The bus stop at the bottom of the road runs straight into the Town Centre with its many shops and department stores, and to Old Town with its mix of boutique shops, bars and eateries. Less than a 10 minute drive away is Stevenage Leisure Park offering a multiplex cinema, David Lloyd Gym, mini golf, Battle Bar and various restaurants, as well as the train station access from which Thameslink and LNER trains connect to London in 16 minutes. You can walk over to Saint Nicholas Park or nearby OPEN GREEN SPACES, perfect for dog walks or a bit of exercise in no time. Budgens and the local shops are nearby for those last-minute essentials, and Round Diamond School and Busy Bees Nursery are within easy walking distance.
