Seagull's Nest is a centrally located stone-built Georgian Grade II listed property, tucked away off Church Street close to the harbourside. It boasts accommodation over four floors, harbour views and the use of a large yard (shared with next door).

The house can be accessed either by foot from Church Street or by car if you park on The Ropery and use the locked gate at the rear from which metal steps lead down.
Entering the property from the "front" takes you into the basement or front ground level into the spacious kitchen. This room is a great size for entertaining with space for a large dining table as well as a lounge chair. There is a range of wall and base cupboards, built in dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor, fridge & freezer. From the kitchen a curving staircase leads up to the lounge. This room has an air of grandeur with a wooden floor, wooden panelling, exposed beams and exposed stonework. There is a sash window to the front and stairs leading up the panelled stairway to the first floor. The lounge can additionally be accessed via the back door from the yard

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with built in cupboards and sash window to the front and a bathroom complete with shower over the bath, W.C and hand wash basin. From the landing there is a door leading up a flight of stairs to the top floor where there is a further double bedroom in the attic space. There are wooden beams, a window and velux to let in plenty of natural light. The head height at the top of this flight of stairs is low, however once in the bedroom the standing height is adequate although slightly restricted under the eaves.

Externally there is a small terrace to the front of the property and at the rear a walled yard with metal stairs leading up to the back gate. The stairs provide access to the road behind and parking and a right of way to neighbouring properties.
