We loved living at Staverton Close. The very first time we stepped over the threshold on the initial viewing told us all we needed to know. It’s such a friendly and warm house and has been filled with love for the time we have spent there. Having so many reception rooms downstairs was great for social occasions and spreading out. The annexe for us provided initially a guest suite for visiting family and then became a teenager pad - somewhere for our eldest to have a little bit of independence whilst still being part of the family. It’s such a quiet area and we would spend many summer evenings sitting out in the garden until dark, listening to owls and watching hedgehogs scurrying around. The Close has a great community spirit. Everyone looks out for everybody else, without getting up in your business. Christmas in the Close is a very festive affair with nearly every house and hedge decorated and with our own Christmas light switch on and street party. We’re sad to leave but we take consolation from someone else being able to love living in this great house.

Staverton Close is within Priestwood and sits very close to Bracknell town centre. You've got easy access to the A329(M) and M4 motorway as well as plenty of bus routes and the train station in Bracknell. There are some brilliant local schools nearby including Kings Academy, Binfield, and Meadow Vale Primary school. There are plenty of local parks and nature reserves all over, and you've got Jocks Lane just a 5 minute walk away with a whole host of activities on offer.

It's rare to come across such unique homes like this. This one has been hugely extended by the previous owners and we love the fact that this side extension could be used in so many ways. Great if you needed it for a bedroom as it comes with a living room and bathroom separate to the bedroom. You also have side access so no need to go through the house. Tucked near to the end of Staverton Close it's super quiet and tranquil. This is going to make a great home for those that want to be there for a long time.
