YOUR STUDIO
Your private studio apartment comes with a comfy double bed, a desk and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, combi oven and a breakfast bar. In your ensuite bathroom, the fittings and finishes are clean, modern and high-spec. All the home comforts are included - a Samsung TV, Hypnos mattress, waterfall shower, under-bed storage and plenty of built-in wardrobes. Getting in and out's easy and safe with your secure key card.
Folk offers an all-inclusive package that covers studio rental and associated costs for utilities, WiFi, and council tax within a fixed monthly fee. The advertised rental price applies to the studio only and excludes the £210 fixed fee for these associated costs. To calculate the total monthly fee payable, the £210 should be added to the advertised rental price.

Good - By the Thames Good pubs around Fairly safer than most of London 2 express stores nearby and 3 big supermarkets close 3 good coffee shops around Bad: No tube station nearby Technically Wandsworth than Battersea Certain areas not great to walk from but not bad at all Expensive Expensive pubs, food and cafes Not diverse

Management - adequately well. Front staff - amazingly well.

Not sure about this - maybe transparency around short stays systems, processes, benefits and perks?

Local shop are near by co-op and Tesco Transport such as buses are near by, Clapham junction is 13 minutes walk from folk There is no parking availability
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Darron was on top of his work with tenants and easy to talk to Nicco was brilliant and such a nice men to talk to and so humble
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I joined the building as soon as it opened so all good for me no regrets

Really happy with what the location has to offer. The place offers a very friendly vibe with no antisocial behaviour witnessed . With a short walk to clapham junction, the area is incredibly well located .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I interacted frequently with Darron and he was quick to fix any issues relating to lighting or even assist in hob replacements.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish had known more about the area the development was located in before moving in.

Close train station as well as shops and facilities. The open spaces are really good for bringing friends round. Planes can be loud sometimes but overall really good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Derron has always responded to the problems and issues quick and efficiently. Always has gone above and beyond
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
This gym is amazing but would love if we had more leg focused machines.

I like Florence dock because of the nice restaurants , coffee shops , atmosphere near the river and safe feeling. Well connected by buses and close to Clapham junction. I think the area surrounding is slightly less safe however Florence dock is a very warm place to return to.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t come into many problems raised, perhaps only whether there could be a room for storing a suitcase which the team are looking into.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I don’t have anything really I need to add here - I’m quite content with the information shared when moving.
