This sublime four-bedroom, two-storey house lies in Quarry Wood, a picturesque and biodiverse pocket on the outskirts of Marlow, Buckinghamshire. Wrapped in windows, the house surveys its own private acre of landscaped grounds, with views stretching towards the river beyond. Though wonderfully secluded, the setting is far from remote; nearby Maidenhead station runs Elizabeth line services into central London in around 40 minutes.

Reclaimed floorboards run underfoot and pine panels line the walls, creating a sense of softness and warmth. There are several well-regarded schools in the area, including Herries Prep and others in nearby Maidenhead. From there, the Elizabeth line runs direct services to Paddington and beyond. The M40 is also easily reached by car.
