    Bolton is a nice place to live; we are in the absolute town centre so we have everything a few steps away!

    Absolutely brilliant! They help out straight away.

    The only downside of this flat, is that the storage is a bit minimal. So make sure you check that

    The location is convenient to be surrounded by so many shops and the doorstep of the town centre and also Queens Park. The nightlife can be quite loud with bars down the street but not enough to impact your living.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The acknowledgment of the issues has been prompt and addressed in a good time. The length of time for repairs to be carried out is standard time

    Nothing! The agents are very forthcoming. The address changed upon moving in which caused some issues with my utilities but this is because of it being a new build.

    Everything is fine regarding reaching out like train station and bus station. Sometimes it's quite noisy when big truck went through the road. Otherwise everything is fine. I need to know about Parking thing for anyone who visits me. Where should they park there car.

    They have responded very well. We have contacted them for our water tap issue and damaged drawers

    I have already insisted my colleagues to move in this apartment

    Good aspects: In the town centre so everything major is maximum 10-15 mins walk. Close to the bus interchange and train station. Bad aspects: close to town centre so noise and traffic is to be expected.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The management has been quick in responding and resolving the issues.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The ground floor apartments don't have an alarm system.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    I like how we are very close to the centre just right around the corner to be exact. Close to all the shops, bars, and restaurants so if you need last minute things it is very handy. The only bad aspect is the postcode since it is a new building Amazon has been finding it hard to locate.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We haven’t had any problems as of yet but I know if I do to use the app and report it there.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There is no on-site car park, so street or nearby off-site parking is required. This can be inconvenient for groceries and guests, but it often goes hand in hand with good public transport links and walkable amenities.
