Description

A 3 bedroom end terraced traditional cottage situated in Sladesbridge just outside Wadebridge with a pleasant garden to the side.  Freehold.  Council Tax Band B.  EPC rating G.

Llamedos Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom traditional end terraced cottage situated in this popular area just outside Wadebridge.  We feel that the property has been attractively priced bearing in mind the size, location and condition.  It would appear that some of the wiring is older style.  The main cottage we understand is of stone construction under a slate roof with a more recent extension at the rear.  From family photographs it would appear that the extension was not there in a photograph dated 1972 but was definitely there when the family purchased the property in the early 1980's.  Since their ownership they have added a conservatory/sun room as can be seen on the attached photographs/video tour.
