The shower room has the same slate tiled flooring as the rest of the ground floor. A large corner shower unit with glass splash screen and electric shower fitted. A low level, white WC, and a sink mounted on a vanity unit with storage under. An opaque window is to the front aspect and an extractor fan is to the ceiling. Spot lighting.

Bedroom - 14'7" (4.45m) x 14'2" (4.32m)
A large, bright room with a window to the front aspect and a Velux window to the side aspect. There is restricted head space to one side but does not cause any issue. There is an opening into eves storage as well as a further cupboard which houses the hot water cylinder. The bedroom is open to the staircase. Spot lighting.

Outside
The garden is a pleasant space which is mainly laid to slate chippings and has a fence and wall boundary with access to either side. There are fruit trees and various shrubs surrounding. A few steps lead up to the parking area with room for two vehicles. A storage shed is located to the rear of the parking area.
