"We have lived in this road since 2005, and moved into no11a in 2009. We have completed many projects on the house and garden since being here. It’s been a lovely family home but we need to downsize, allowing us to enjoy everything around us, still staying in the area. We enjoy the precinct on our doorstep with late opening shops, pubs and restaurants on Babbacombe Downs. Beaches are a short walk from home. The house has many attributes such as a driveway, garage, and storage area. In the garden we have a hot tub, summerhouse and covered decked area, it also has a 17’ metal shed that would be a great workshop or man cave. We have had many family BBQ’s and party’s in our home and it is time for someone else to enjoy it."
