Why Lamonby?

Thanet Well Lodges are sat on the edge of the hamlet of Lamonby which is approximately 9 mile from the market town of Penrith. Penrith has an abundance of amenities including schools, shops, eateries, and doctors, to name a few.

With a train station and easy access to the M6 motorway and the A66, Penrith is also ideal for those who need to travel. Access to M6 north is approximately 7 mile away from the lodge too.

Thanet Well is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is a stones throw from the stunning Lake District and all that it has to offer.

 

Site Fees
There is an annual site fee of £5831.11 PA (Including VAT) paid until March 2026, which covers the maintenance of the site and communal areas. The lease on the lodge is until January 2070.
