The Vendors words... The Garden Often used for entertaining. Bringing the home into the garden. There are four outside electric points. The hot tub can be 40 degree C in temperature. This can easily be reduced during the summer months or put on holiday mode. A huge box of accessories is in a sealable outside storage box, with instructions on use. The hot tub is larger than average and has many features for those ailments, which in our older years has been a major sanctuary.
The garden was landscaped 7 years ago, by a golf club manager (there are no golf holes). But was designed, after moving into a property that had a forestry look. There is a natural pound. There is an electrical point for an existing pump and algae remover, however it is now used for the conservation of frogs and Newts, who thrive in the existing environment. The garden has its own aces from the road. There is a shared drive here, and a double garage which is own by the property owners. The garage has electricity and lighting. The Neighbours are amazing; they are family orientated. Often taking in parcels and communicative without being problematic.
The huge log cabin contains a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink, hot and cold water, washing machine. A little lounge area for breaks if you were using this for office space. If working from home this really takes you away from the home and noisy enjoinment, without having to go back to the house. Our connection from the Wi-Fi is great. It’s a peaceful environment for working. Having worked there for the last 3 years.
The property comes with the complimentary 2 free passes to brands hatch, all year round. They also hoist a free family day for charity at the end of the year, with free fireworks, It’s an amazing family day out, or great for enthusiasts. The family day is open to all your friends and family making you the envy of them all. Can honestly say' wish I was staying'. However, am ongoing with the next venture.
