In 2009, Sally Gravener and Anthony Holtom bought into the company as Shareholders and Directors, who together, with years of industry experience and extensive knowledge of the local area, took over the running of the Ringwood office.

The four Directors took the business from strength to strength. Sally re-opened the Bournemouth office in 2013 and Hearnes acquired Alan Cosgrove Estate Agent in Wimborne. This subsequently rebranded in 2014, with Mark Stylianou joining as Shareholder and Director.

Hearnes opened a new office in Poole to incorporate Residential Sales and Land and New Homes. The new branch was headed up by Lynda and Lyndon, with Gareth Davies joining as Director and Shareholder of New Homes.

All our directors work closely together, with a shared ethos of providing the best customer service and offering the highest standards in business. We support our local communities and as a business, buy from and use local companies in almost every instance.
