Introduction
Marshall Vizard was opened by Neil Marshall and David Vizard in January 2003, both having many years experience in Estate Agency. In 2020, David retired from the business and Dominic Watts, who had been Lettings Director since 2006, became a Partner.
We are one of Watford's leading and most successful independent Estate Agents, dealing with the letting, management and selling of residential property in Watford and the surrounding areas. We are passionate about property and the local area and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for all of our clients.
Whether you are buying your first home, moving up the ladder, downsizing or looking to rent or let a property/ies, our local knowledge and expertise, will give you the advantage. Thanks to 21 years in the area, we know it inside out. Neil Marshall - PartnerAlongside his obvious passion for property, Neil's life revolves around his wife and two children, travelling and going on holidays. They are particularly fond of Spain and Neil is currently 'trying' to learn the language. He exercises regularly and enjoys socialising with friends, especially if there is curry involved. As one of the partners in the business, Neil takes his 'looking after the staff' duties very seriously and one of the things they love most is the generous amount of cakes and goodies he brings into the office at the slightest hint of a birthday or other such celebration. As a keen Formula 1 fan, he is interested in anything to do with cars and is often seen outside lovingly washing his own. -

Dominic Watts - PartnerJoining the company in 2006 having previously worked in the motor trade, Dominic is one of the company's longest standing employees. He has interpreted this fact, as liberty to eat all the cakes and goodies in the office; although it is said that he has not put on a single ounce since the day he joined. Outside of work, he is a serious motorsport enthusiast and enjoys road trip holidays, which is good because he lives with his wife and dog, some 17 miles into the depths of the Hertfordshire countryside. Known for his quirky, slightly off beat sense of humour, Dominic is deadly serious when it comes to helping his clients build a valuable and stress-free investment portfolio. -

Rebecca Morley - SalesFollowing some changes in the Sales Team, Rebecca has taken up the mantle and has hit the ground running, bringing with her 15 years sales experience. In her free time Rebecca can be found down at the stables fulfilling her passion for 'everything equestrian'. Another local to the area, Rebecca lives with her cat Pimms. Rebecca enjoys socialising with friends, eating out and holidaying! -

Kerry Turnball - Lettings NegotiatorKerry joined the company after giving up a life in the world of Buying, to pursue her passion for property. Kerry lives with her partner and their two cats. Kerry knows the area very well. Regularly found stalking Right Move and planning her next Grand Design, she now finds herself in her ideal job! In her spare time, she enjoys eating out, meeting with friends, shopping and most importantly, holidaying. Perhaps a travel agent in a previous life, she loves nothing more than chatting to people about their travels and planning her next trip. -

Angela Downes - Property ManagerA true local, Angela has lived in Bushey for over twenty years and joined Marshall Vizard in 2008. She is a big sports fan with a particular interest in show jumping and when it comes to socialising, it is only the best for Angela, including fine dining and quality wine. She fulfils a very important role in the business as one of the property managers and just loves the aspects of her role that other people hate. Whether it is fighting for the most cost effective solutions for our landlords or keeping up to date with ARLA regulations, Angela is the epitome of tenacity. She will get to the bottom of every challenge and gets results every time. A true asset to both the business and our customers. -

Jemma Gish - Sales & MarketingKind-hearted, thoughtful and extremely imaginative, these are the first words that spring to mind about Jemma. You'll usually find her tucked away behind her computer screen, conjuring up the next big marketing idea, or an event for the Marshall Vizard troops to take part in. She enjoys wining and dining with friends and jetting off to explore the world and although she rarely gets a chance to relax, when she does you'll find her on her Kindle, lost in a good book! -

Justine Marshall - Inventory ClerkAffectionately known as 'hawk eyes' in the office, there is very little that gets past Justine; whether it is detail about the condition or contents or a property, or something you said. A busy mother of two, she skilfully juggles her time between work, the children, enjoying a coffee with friends and keeping fit. In addition to being naturally well organised and having a sharp attention to detail, the real asset that Justine brings to the team is her genuine care and interest in what is going on in the business.
