    All market appraisals carried out by McGowan Homes are undertaken by the director Jonathan McGowan. Prior to visiting your property similar properties in the area will have been fully researched and comparables will be produced for discussion. During the appraisal we will discuss the asking price and our terms of business for acting in the sale. Once instructed to proceed you will receive written confirmation of the above along with carefully prepared sales particulars including measurements, photographs and floorplan. An energy performance certificate (EPC) will be arranged if required by our in house domestic energy assessor.

    Began his career at a south Manchester estate agency in the early 1990s before taking over an existing business and developing it into the McGowan homes of today. Jonathan conducts all of the sales valuations and has a wealth of experience in the Middleton and surrounding areas. He has also been a local resident in the Middleton/Alkrington area since 1992.
