    Stuart has been with Northwood since 2003. Since then, the company has grown from just two staff members to now encompass two Franchise locations - Northwood (Southampton) and Northwood (Salisbury), 3 offices and over 25 staff. As a property investor and Landlord himself, he loves helping people and providing advice on all things property related. Stuart has a wife, a son & daughter and has always strived to keep the family ethos at the heart of the business and to deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly but professional manner. Stuart loves sport, both playing and watching and regularly plays golf, football, squash and goes to the gym!

    James Giles - Associate Director
    James has been a highly successful estate agent within the Hampshire/Dorset/Wiltshire region for near on 38 years. He is known and respected throughout the local area, combining both his vast experience along with his tenacity, to ensure that every client's move takes place as smoothly as possible. James feels that communication during the sales/lettings process is of paramount importance too and making sure that all clients are fully up to speed with the progress of their move. Away from the office James enjoys all sports, including supporting West Ham, pottering in the garden and taking long walks in the countryside on the North Dorset/Somerset borders with his partner Amy where they live. Between them they have four grown up children!

    Ginny Otton - Senior Property Manager
    Ginny joined Northwood at the beginning of 2023 as a trainee property manager. A large part of Ginny's role includes project managing and overseeing larger maintenance jobs and refurbishment. She prides herself on her ability to problem solve and spring into action as soon as necessary to ensure any unfortunate situations can be resolved quickly and be made as stress free as possible for both Landlords and tenants. She also manages over 140 properties within Andover, Amesbury and the surrounding areas. Within this she manages the end of tenancy process, management inspections and maintenance on these properties. Ginny strives to build a repour with both Landlords and Tenants to ensure all parties are satisfied with the service we are providing. In her spare time Ginny enjoys socialising with friends and family.

    Archie Blackler - Senior Sales/Lettings Negotiator
    Archie joined Northwood in August 2022 as a Trainee Negotiator. Archie has always had a passion for Property and loves the idea of working in a small, friendly environment. Within his role, Archie deals with sales enquiries, arranging/carrying out viewings, market appraisals, and supervising sales from start to completion. Archie also has a strong relationship with one of our large property management companies we work with and over sees their rentals that come to market. In Archie's spare time, he enjoys socialising, spending time with friends and family, and listening to a variety of music.

    Jamie Yeats - Property Manager
    Jamie has recently come back to the firm, originally starting with Bassets in 2018 and looks after a large portfolio of properties in the City and surrounding area for the company. Jamie recently bought his first home in Southampton with his fiancée and is an avid 'suffering' fan of 'The Saints'. Jamie also likes playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.

    Alfie Lawrence - Property Manager
    Alfie started off as a trainee property manager in July 2024. He now manages over 120 properties and covers Fordingbridge, Downton and the surrounding areas. Alfie deals with all the maintenance, carries out all the management inspections and manages the end of tenancy processes for all the properties under his wing. Out of work he enjoys going to the gym, playing football, kickboxing and going to watch West Ham (like James!).

    Valentina Milos - Accounts Administrator
    Valentina has been with Northwood since 2017 when she started as a Lettings Administrator. She then progressed to Accounts Administrator and has been integrated into Northwood team since 2021. Ever since she has been looking after the landlords financials, including rent payments and maintenance deductions, bills for the void period and rent arrears. And also registering the deposits for each property. Valentina comes from a customer service background where she accumulated a worldwide experience. In her spare time Valentina enjoys spending time with her family going on walks and visiting the local farm.

    Ben Saunders - Trainee Negotiator
    Ben joined Northwood in January 2024 having previously worked within the Construction Industry. He has a keen interest in property, particularly Architecture. Aspiring to one day become a Property Developer with his own Portfolio. Ben hopes to build his knowledge and connections in this role, to become an invaluable asset to the team. Outside of work Ben enjoys football, and following his friends band around the country.

    Arlo - Office Dog!!
    Arlo is the latest addition to the team, currently working part time in a consultancy role, entertaining the sales, lettings, property and block management departments, playing ball, filing, sleeping and generally keeping the team on their toes! Outside of work he loves walking in the countryside, going to the pub, picnics, visiting the beach and chasing James' cat.
