    Shahin Eslami - Founder and CEO
    Shahin's journey in real estate began with a fascination for architecture and design. With over 25 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, he wanted to expand his offerings to his clients who were looking to get an extraordinary service and assure their properties are being managed by exerts. However, it was his innate entrepreneurial spirit and love for real estate that led him to establish Airsat Real Estate. As the founder and director of the agency, Shahin is dedicated to providing clients with a comprehensive suite of services that go beyond traditional real estate transactions. His unique combination of construction abilities and real estate expertise allows him to offer clients valuable insights into property potential, renovation opportunities, and investment strategies. Shahin is currently working through gaining his Property Mark Certificate in Sales (NEAE).

    Head of Sales & Letting Tina, the driving force behind Airsat Real Estate, brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and visionary leadership to the business. With a PhD in scientific research and a passion for innovation, she remains committed to apply those multi transferable skills to the business to make invaluable&unbreakable relationships with all clients and change the dynamic prospect of this male dominated industry. Her leadership style is characterised by her hands-on approach, strategic vision, and commitment to client satisfaction. She believes in building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and integrity, and she works tirelessly to ensure that every client receives personalised attention and exceptional service. Tina has been an active member of Property Mark (MARLA) for several years. Tina has been an appointed judge for "Bristol Property Awards 2023" and "Bristol Life Awards 2024" and have been nominated finalists with both Airsat Construction two years in a row and Airsat Real Estate last year.

    Chito Obiefune - Lettings Administrator
    Chito, our lettings administrator at Airsat Real Estate is in charge of taking enquiries, dealing with clients - both landlords and tenants, and arranging maintenance of properties through our suppliers. She is detail oriented and organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A graduate of the University of the West of England with a Masters in Real Estate Management and a certification in Negotiation Mastery from HBS Online, Chito is highly interested in activities within the built environment and seeks to create a harmonisation between people and property, thereby promoting unique living experiences. She is greatly motivated by customer satisfaction, evolving design, and architecture. She brings in her experience in Operations Management, Strategy Implementation, and a great personality to the team.
