If you are seeking a property to rent , our specialist team aims to make the entire process as smooth and straight forward as possible from searching for a suitable property to moving into your new home.

    We require

    • Completed Application Form
    • Proof of Residence (Utility Bill, Bank Statement e.t.c)
    • Proof of I.D. (Passport, Photographic Driving Licence)
    • Last 3 months Bank Statements
    • Landlords Reference

    We reserve the right to reject your application if we consider any of the above inadequate.

    Once satisfactory references have been received, we will arrange a mutually convenient time for you to come to our office andsign the lease and associated documents.

    Galbraith require one months rent in advance plus the deposit to be paid in cleared funds before moving into a property.

    All Deposits will be equivalent to two months rent, and will be registered with SafeDeposits Scotland, who will provide you with a Deposit Account Number and Certificate.
