    Horsham and the surrounding area. Horsham's bustling centre lies at The Carfax, a traditional market square complete with its own bandstand. There's a whole host of shops for almost every requirement and with a cinema, theatre, sports centre, 60 acres of Horsham Park to enjoy and a wide range of properties in the Horsham District from stylish new homes to period properties, it's easy to see its appeal for all ages.

    Property in Horsham. From the 15th and 16th centuries, Horsham town started to take shape through various farms and hamlets joining up to form the framework of today's thriving community. We are fortunate that a large proportion of these beautiful historic properties still remain and they have been joined during key developmental eras by stunning Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian and Arts & Crafts properties. Bills Restaurant, Cote Brasserie, Pizza Express, Wagamamas and Strada are just a handful of national chains located in Horsham's bustling East Street, renamed locally as 'Eat Street'. Horsham also boasts a number of well-respected independent restaurants and eateries, offering diners a wide choice of cuisine.     Shopping. With it's large and ever improving indoor shopping mall Swan Walk, Horsham offers a large variety of shops, jewellers and cafes. As a historic market town, Horsham has a mix of popular stores like John Lewis Home store and Waitrose, plus plenty of highly regarded independent shops.

    Sports. Horsham is a proud host to Sussex Cricket Club who frequently play on the Horsham Cricket Club grounds and can be watched by members of the public. There is also the Horsham Cricket Club, Horsham Football Club and the Horsham Rugby Club; all matches are open to the public.

The Horsham District benefits from a long list of beautiful countryside walks such as Southwater Country Park, with its recently opened 'Dinosaur Island Play Area' popular with young families, Horsham Park and several access routes to the South Downs National Park.     Sophie joined our Horsham office in 2017 after spending several years in the industry working for a well-respected national firm of estate agents. Sophie is a qualified ARLA agent and, as our Lettings Manager, Sophie gets involved with all areas within the office while ensuring exceptionally high levels of customer service are provided to our landlords and tenants throughout their tenancy from start to finish.
