    The company was first formed in 1990 by the late Henry Adams, who had previously been a partner of another local independent firm, and who had worked alongside many of the farmers in the area for many years. Henry conducted livestock auctions in Chichester as long ago as the 1960's, and brought with him a huge wealth of experience. Pictured are the details of the first property we ever sold. Now with a network of offices across Sussex and into Hampshire and Surrey, we have grown into one of the leading multi discipline firms of estate agents and chartered surveyors in the region.

    James is the Lettings Manager at our Storrington & Billingshurst Lettings office. James knows the industry inside out having worked in both property management and negotiation. James is a highly qualified individual, having passed the NFoPP Residential Letting and Property Management Technical Award at Level 3, as well as both the Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property & Residential Inventory Management & Practice.

    Alex has been with our Storrington & Billingshurst Lettings team since 2017. Alex has completed his Level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management and is able to guide prospective tenants through all aspects of the letting process. Alex is extremely focused on delivering the highest standards of customer service and takes great delight in finding tenants their perfect property.

    Cheryl is our Client Account Manager, looking after the Lettings and Holiday Lets offices. With many years' experience in client accounting Cheryl ensures that rental payments are transferred to landlords quickly and efficiently. All financial transactions are handled by her department including tax payments for overseas landlords and payments to contractors and suppliers where Henry Adams handles the property management.
