    We are members of the Property Ombudsman and Deposit Protection Service. These memberships provide both sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants with an assurance that they will receive the highest level of customer service in accordance with current regulations. We are also committed to providing an excellent service to our landlords and offer various lettings packages to meet your needs, all at competitive prices.     Viewings
    We are committed to arranging a viewing for you at your chosen property as swiftly as we can. All viewings are conducted with an agent and take place from Monday to Saturday

    Choosing a property
    When you choose a property, we will provide you with an application form, helpful tenancy guidance notes, and a government-produced booklet titled How to Rent, which is designed to support you in the application process. Each adult intending to live in the property will need to fill out a separate application form. Additionally, we will ask for verification of your current address and proof of identity. Typically, we receive the results of the referencing process within a week or even sooner.

    Deposit
    A holding deposit will be required to secure the property at the point of application. The holding deposit is equivalent to one week's rent.  A tenancy deposit will be required at the commencement of a tenancy and is normally the equivalent of one month's rent. Once the deposit has been received, we will protect this with the Deposit Protection Service in line with our legal obligations.

    Tenancy Agreements
    Once all the necessary references have been successfully completed, we will arrange a date for you to move in. At that point, we will prepare the tenancy agreements well in advance, giving you ample time to review them carefully and seek independent legal advice if you feel it is needed.
