    Arlington Residential was established in 1994 by Marc Schneiderman as an independent practice specialising in the sale, letting and acquisition of residential property at the middle to top end of the market in Central and North West London.

    The principal areas in which we operate are St John's Wood, Regent's Park, Hampstead, Belsize Park, Maida Vale, Marylebone, Hampstead Garden Suburb, Kenwood and the immediately surrounding areas. Since its inception Arlington Residential has been instrumental in a number of notable property transactions.

    Our website offers a selection of properties for sale and to rent. However we are often appointed to offer homes on a "discreet" basis without the aid of conventional marketing and advertising either due to the profile of our client or just to maintain an element of privacy.

    The properties shown on this website do not represent all the homes we offer and therefore there is no substitute for making direct contact with our office where we will be able to discuss your requirements more readily. We would be pleased to hear from you either via e-mail or by telephone.
