    I have worked in the Lettings Department for many years, I worked in Burnham in Berkshire for around seven years as Lettings Negotiator which I enjoyed very much and had a great team. I have now been with Belvoir nearly two years as Lettings Administrator preparing all the contracts for move-in's, carrying out referencing my role is very busy but again enjoyable. 

    I moved to Tadley two years ago from Burnham I love living here and have joined a Rock Choir which is great fun and am also signed up to the local gym which I try to keep fit while also walking my dog. I have made some new friends and enjoy the social side.

    As a Lettings Co-ordinator, my primary responsibility is to manage all the property inspections. This includes booking them, notifying the tenants, visiting the properties, sending inspections reports to both the tenant and the landlords. I also attend property viewing appointments where required and liaise with the Property Manager with any maintenance issues arising from the inspections. I can not start the day without a costa coffee every day, I am the B&M queen, I love a good blind cleat, apart from this I love spending time walking my dog.
