Andrew Mutlow. Founding Director

Andrew began his Estate Agency career at the country's largest Estate Agent. He progressed from a trainee estate agent to an Assistant Manager within the first 12 months of his career and later went on to become one of the top performers within the company, winning many company awards and accolades in the process.

In 2010 Andrew left the corporate business world to setup his own estate agency with two business partners which lead onto co-founding Colubrid. Anyone who meets Andrew will vouch for the passion and commitment he has in abundance, to ensure his clients receive a 5* service.

Confirm the agreed price with all parties

Confirm your solicitor & mortgage details

You will now need to instruct your solicitor to proceed with the conveyancing process and your mortgage broker to proceed with your application.

The mortgage and conveyancing process

A survey of the property will be booked by a surveyor on behalf of the mortgage lender to identify any structural problems and advise on the property's value.

After the mortgage valuation report is received, a formal mortgage offer will be sent to you and your solicitor which you will need to sign before it is returned. There are no legal obligations until contracts are signed.

We will assist your solicitor and negotiate throughout the process, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Exchange of contracts occurs when all enquiries have been confirmed and agreed.

The completion date is then set by mutual agreement.

Completion is when the residual monies (usually 90%) are transferred from your solicitor to the seller's solicitor's account.

We will release the keys once the money has cleared in the seller's account.

True Stars!!!!!!!Aimi and Lisa are real stars in this excellent company. We were initially for sale with another large chain agent and got nowhere - after 8 weeks and one view we switched to Colubrid. The only thing I regret is not instructing them earlier. The first week the house went on with them it was sold at the amount we needed. We had loads of views (compared to the single view on the large chain).The girls worked tirelessly to get the chain complete and constant calls with updates saw our purchase and sale complete. They are friendly lovely ladies that guided us through the transaction - they done their best to lessen the stress the best they could. I would highly recommend Colubrid - I could use a pun but none is needed, it is the best estate agent I've used and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thankyou sooooo much.
