    If you are looking to rent a property, contact our Lettings staff to register your details then....

    • Select a property from our portfolio
    • Arrange a viewing

    • If the property is right for you, we would require our admin fee and proceed to full referencing

    • When positive references have been received and the moving in date agreed, the tenancy documents will be drawn up

    • Sign the tenancy agreement and other documents

    • On receipt of your first month's rent and deposit, the keys will be handed over
